Aircraft refueling truck performance parameters:
Tank: The tank is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with light weight, large volume, corrosion resistance and no pollution,ensuring the quality of oil products.
Refueling pump: Stainless steel centrifugal pump (mechanical seal type), 25mm reel refueling flow 70L-100L/min, (optional 38mm reel refueling flow 100L-150L/min), pipeline pumping flow 700L/min, working pressure is 0.25MPa.
Flowmeter: 0.2 level accuracy, diameter 50 waist wheel flow juice.
Filter separator: rated flow 400L/min, rated working pressure 1.0MPa, maximum allowable pressure difference 0.15Mpa, in line with national standards.
Gravity refueling reel: automatic reset reel, refueling hose diameter 25mm, length 15m.
Liquid level meter: stainless steel float in the tank, 4-inch aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the tank body, can clearly observe the current volume of liquid in the tank.
Operating system: centralized control in an independent control room. Instrument indications include pump inlet vacuum gauge, pump outlet pressure gauge, oil pump tachometer, filter differential pressure gauge, etc. Switch valve operation includes main power switch, lighting switch, emergency stop switch, oil pump speed knob, refueling valve, circulation filter valve, sampling valve, seabed valve control combination switch, etc.
Function introduction:
1. Reel refueling - the fuel in the vehicle's oil tank is filtered and measured, and then injected into the aircraft tank or other refueling equipment through the gravity refueling gun of the reel hose in the control room.
2. Pump oil filtration - the fuel in the vehicle's oil tank or external pipeline is filtered and returned to the vehicle's oil tank or other refueling equipment through the pump outlet oil joint to achieve the circulation filtration function.
3. Filling the oil tank - Use the joint valve to connect the pipeline to fill the bottom of the oil tank, or use this oil pump to pump oil.
